Field Trips/Large Groups

For field trips, assisted living homes, or groups over 20, please fill out this form and we will get back to you!

For field trips/retirement homes, everyone in attendance must print, fill out, and bring our release of liability, located at the bottom of this page.
You WILL NOT be allowed into the zoo without this form!

We require at least 48 hours notice for field trips of any kind.
Please keep in mind, field trips are not considered booked until you have spoken with a staff member confirming the date/time and number of attendees.
