Your reservation includes: * A 20-minute private session with our capybara, where you can feed, pet, and bond with the world’s largest rodent. * All-day admission to explore Big Red’s Barn and meet the rest of our amazing animal family. ***Any cancellation or reschedule BEFORE 24 hours time, will have no charge for change/cancellation. Please call and leave a VM at our number, and please send an email immediately to info@bigredsbarn.com as well.
Any change AFTER 24 hours, whether cancellation or reschedule, will incur a $25 change/cancellation fee. ANY CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE INSIDE OF 48 HOURS OF YOUR SCHEDULED ENCOUNTER, FOR ANY REASON, IS NON-REFUNDABLE. There are no exceptions.

1.)You must be at least 8 years old to participate in this encounter.
2.) You must be accompanied by an adult if you are under the age of 16.
3.) If you cannot or choose not to follow these rules, you will be asked to exit the Encounter without a refund.
4.) If you miss your encounter and fail to notify us, you will not be eligible for a refund. We require more staff on-hand for encounters.
5.) You must be at least 15 minutes early for your encounter to ensure you have plenty of time to park, wait in line, check-in, etc. All parties must be present and checked-in before encounter start time. Any late arrivals will forfeit time and/or lose the booking with no refund or rebooking. We’re sorry but there are no exceptions.
